Yes. Grip changes, lead or tungsten tape and edge guard tape are all fair game. Paddles with structural modifications (an altered face, core or frame) don't qualify for the trial.

The 30-day trial covers paddles bought directly from elevenzerosports.com. For Amazon, retail partner or other third-party purchases, return through the seller you bought from. The 1-Year Warranty still covers your paddle.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Unused items with tags on and in original packaging get a full refund. Used or opened items (tags removed, washed or worn) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Need a different size or color of the same item? Exchanges are free for unused items: we email you a prepaid label and ship the replacement as soon as your return arrives. For a refund on these items, return shipping is at your expense: we email a prepaid label and deduct its cost from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your return reaching us, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.

No. Project Zero (blackout) paddles are intended for pro player use. They match the specs of their color counterparts but ship without retail packaging. All Project Zero sales are final: they aren't eligible for returns, the 30-day trial or the warranty, and they aren't tournament certified.

Manufacturing defects under normal play: delamination, edge guard separation and structural failure. It covers every Eleven Zero paddle (except Project Zero), wherever you bought it, for 12 months from the original purchase date. Our bags carry the same one-year warranty against defects, including handles, straps, seams and zippers.

Damage from misuse or intentional modification, normal cosmetic wear such as scratches and paint chips, grit that wears down with regular play, and paddles bought second-hand without the original proof of purchase. A crack or delamination is still covered, worn grit or not.

Register your paddle in your Eleven Zero account, then email shop@elevenzerosports.com with your proof of purchase, a short description of the issue and a photo of the defect. UPA-A certification is the paddle standard used at PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball events. USA Pickleball (USAP) approval is required at USA Pickleball sanctioned tournaments. If you play both, choose a dual-certified paddle: the EZ Speed E14 or S14.

In the EZ Speed line, 14mm plays crisp and direct, with faster swings and a little more control. 16mm has more room to compress, so it feels plusher and gives more natural power and forgiveness on off-center hits. Shape, face and foam core are otherwise the same.
