Your Paddle Is Backed. Here's How It Works.
Every Eleven Zero paddle comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects — delamination, edge guard separation, and structural failures under normal play. If something's wrong with your paddle, we'll make it right.
Warranty claims are handled exclusively through your Eleven Zero account. This keeps your order history, purchase proof, and claim status all in one place — no digging through emails.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects (delamination, edge guard separation, structural failure)
- Paddles purchased directly from elevenzerosports.com
- Claims submitted within 12 months of the original purchase date
What's Not Covered
- Damage from misuse or intentional modification
- Normal cosmetic wear — scratches, paint chips from court play
- Paddles purchased from Amazon, retail partners, or other third parties
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Create or log in to your Eleven Zero account — registered with the same email used at checkout.
- Access the Warranty Claim page — members only. Once logged in, you'll find the claim form there.
- Fill out the form — provide your order number, describe the issue, and attach a photo of the defect.
- We review within 2 business days — approved claims get a replacement paddle or full refund.
