Your Paddle Is Backed. Here's How It Works.

Every Eleven Zero paddle comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects: delamination, edge guard separation, and structural failures under normal play. It covers every paddle we make, wherever you bought it. If something's wrong with your paddle, we'll make it right.

Register your paddle in your Eleven Zero account, then email us if a defect shows up. Registration keeps your paddle, your proof of purchase and your claim in one place.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects (delamination, edge guard separation, structural failure)
  • Every Eleven Zero paddle, whether you bought it on elevenzerosports.com, on Amazon, or from a retail partner
  • Eleven Zero bags and their hardware, for one year against defects: a handle, strap, seam or zipper that fails in normal use. For a bag, skip registration and email us your claim.
  • Claims submitted within 12 months of the original purchase date

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse or intentional modification
  • Normal cosmetic wear: scratches, paint chips from court play
  • Grit that wears down with regular play. That is normal wear. A crack or delamination is still covered, worn grit or not.
  • Paddles bought second-hand without the original proof of purchase

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Create or log in to your Eleven Zero account. If you bought on Amazon or from a store, any email works; if you bought here, use the email from your order.
  2. Register your paddle. The button below signs you in with a one-time code sent to your email and opens the registration form. Pick where you bought it and add the serial number if your paddle has one.
  3. Email us the claim at shop@elevenzerosports.com with your proof of purchase (your Amazon order number, store receipt, or elevenzerosports.com order number), a short description of the issue, and a photo of the defect.
  4. We review within 2 business days. Approved claims get a replacement or a full refund.
