We build paddles for serious players, and we stand behind every one. That's why every Eleven Zero paddle purchased from elevenzerosports.com comes with a 30-day risk-free trial.

Take it on court. Test your drives, dinks, and resets. Add lead tape, swap grips, dial it in. If it's not the right paddle for your game, exchange it for another model or return it for a full refund. We'll even cover return shipping.*

How It Works

  1. Buy any Eleven Zero paddle at elevenzerosports.com
  2. Play with it for up to 30 days. Customize your setup: grips, lead tape, edge guard tape are all fair game.

  • Normal court use and standard customization (grip changes, lead tape, edge guard tape)

What's Not Covered

  • Paddles with structural modifications (altered face, core, or frame)
  • Purchases from Amazon, retail partners, or other third parties

1-Year Warranty Against Defects

Every Eleven Zero paddle is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, including delamination, edge guard separation, and structural failures under normal play.

If your paddle has a defect, email shop@elevenzerosports.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, intentional modification, or normal cosmetic wear (scratches, paint chips from court play).

Returns for Non-Paddle Products

Apparel, bags, and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Unused, tags on, original packaging: Full refund.
  • Used or opened (tags removed, washed, worn): Subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
  • Items that are damaged, stained, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for return.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit.
