• Partner Status
  Distributors must be approved wholesale partners with Eleven Zero and have a valid payment method on file. Orders are placed through direct communication with our team.
• Confidentiality
  All pricing, discount structures, and program details are strictly confidential and shared only with approved partners.
• Pricing Policy
  Eleven Zero uses a single wholesale pricing structure for all approved distributors. Pricing details are provided after your application is approved and an account is created.
• Sales Channels
  Sales on Amazon, eBay, and similar marketplaces require prior written approval. Sales via personal or company websites are permitted with prior notice.
• Resale Discounts
  Distributors may discount products up to 10% off retail. Deeper discounts for aged inventory require written approval from Eleven Zero.
• Warranty
  All products must be sold in new condition to qualify for our manufacturer warranty. Used products must be clearly labeled and are not eligible for warranty.
• Demo Products
  Demo products are provided strictly for demo and testing purposes. They are not permitted for resale under any circumstances.
• Proof of Purchase
  Every customer must receive documentation including distributor name, customer name, date of sale, and product model. Warranty claims without proper documentation will be denied.
• Logistics
  Distributors are responsible for shipping costs and insurance. Orders are manufactured to order with an estimated lead time of 60 days plus shipping. Eleven Zero is not responsible for damage or loss once the product leaves our facility.
• Termination
  Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of wholesale status. Eleven Zero reserves the right to revoke wholesale agreements at any time.
