You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Products

We make every effort to display product colors, features, specifications, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device display will accurately reflect actual product appearance. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product availability, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products available for pre-order before they are in stock. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

  • Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase.
  • Estimated ship dates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Actual ship dates may vary due to manufacturing, certification, or logistics.
  • We will notify you by email if there are significant delays to your pre-order.
  • You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item ships by emailing shop@elevenzerosports.com.
  • Once a pre-order item ships, it is subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy.

Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise noted, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, are limited to one use per customer, and have no cash value. Customs and International Orders

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. Eleven Zero is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Product Certification

Certain Eleven Zero paddles are certified by USA Pickleball (USAP) and/or the Universal Pickleball Association (UPA). Certification status is displayed on individual product pages. We make every effort to ensure certification information is accurate but recommend verifying current certification status with the relevant governing body for official tournament play.

No Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product warranties are governed separately by our Return and Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleven Zero, Sharp Cactus Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eleven Zero, Sharp Cactus Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Austin, Texas. You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eleven Zero regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause above, any legal proceedings shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
